This proposed mixed-use Victoria development is the site of the Wellburns Market heritage building. Located at the intersection of Cook Street and Pandora Avenue, it is the eastern gateway to downtown Victoria. Surrounded by lush parkland with desirable views adjacent to Franklin Green, as well as Harris Green Park to the south, this well-known corner on the parkway will be brought back to its’ distinguished prominence.
This project is currently under construction and is anticipated to complete in 2024/2025.
